Electrical Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who has previously worked for an electrical or M&E contractor and has a strong understanding of electrical installation and project delivery.
You should be confident managing projects worth up to approximately £3m, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors while maintaining control of programme, quality, and commercial performance.
This would be to work on a mixture of CAT A/B Fit out projects, Education projects alongside some smaller refurbishment jobs. Projects will be located within and around the M25.

Required
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
- Strong electrical contracting / building services background.
- Experience managing electrical packages up to £3m.
- Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction processes.
- Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.
- Good commercial and contractual awareness.
- Strong programme and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements.
- Ability to manage projects independently from mobilisation through to handover.

Desirable
- HNC/HND or degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS.
- 18th Edition.
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, fit-out, or complex M&E projects.
- Previous experience working in and around London.
