Description

Team Overview:

The Decarb Modular Solutions team oversees the programming, procurement, planning, and execution of multiple offsite modular projects, including package plantrooms and MEP lateral and riser distribution modules. Working within our new state-of-the-art Modular Solutions facility, the team plays a key role in cross-functional delivery alongside our decarbonation business units.


Role Overview:

The Electrical Project Manager will provide leadership and direction across the operational delivery of our Offsite Modular Solutions, having overall ownership and management of our electrical, BMS, and offsite assembly teams, including management and resourcing of our subcontracted labor.

Job Details

Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Mallusk

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm

Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience

Responsible to: Operations Manager


What You'll be Doing

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Prior experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in electrical systems, BMS, and construction within modular or commercial MEP sectors
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with schedules and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills to track KPIs, identify trends, and drive performance improvements
  • Keen attention to detail, sound decision-making abilities, and a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • A full driving license is required
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic approach, and the ability to inspire and maintain team productivity
