Salter Grange is working with a leading international construction and engineering organisation delivering major Data Centre and Mission Critical projects across Europe.
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a major project in Europe.
Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead all electrical scope delivery, managing engineering, construction and subcontractor teams.
- Manage programme, budget, resources, procurement and commercial performance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and other project disciplines.
- Oversee installation of MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, busbar, PDUs, EPMS/BMS and critical power systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project standards.
- Manage design coordination, RFIs, builders' works, setting-out and technical assurance.
- Lead testing, commissioning, energisation, snagging and handover activities.
- Manage subcontractors, materials, long-lead equipment and supply chain delivery.
- Maintain project reporting, QA/QC documentation, O&M information and as-builts.

Electrical Project Manager Requirements
- Electrical Engineering degree or strong electrical trade background.
- 5+ years' experience leading large electrical installation projects.
- Excellent knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear and commissioning.
- Strong programme, commercial and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with BIM/CDE and ISO 19650 would be advantageous.
