About the Role
Core Search are working with one of the UK's leading MEP Contractors who have secured a major package of works across the HS2 framework across West London.
With projects secured for the next 5+ years, our client is delivering critical infrastructure works across multiple HS2 station builds and is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Opportunity
- Delivery of major HS2 builds
- Manage the electrical installation package from pre-construction through to completion
- Work for a well-established contractor on one of the UK's most prestigious infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of electrical packages on major HS2 projects
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and specialist contractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with design, commercial, planning, and construction teams
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management
- Manage procurement of labour, materials, and equipment
- Attend client and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental, and health & safety standards
- Develop and maintain project programmes and delivery strategies
- Manage project risks and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and framework partners

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within rail, infrastructure, commercial, or major MEP projects
- Strong understanding of electrical building services installations
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing large-scale projects from inception through to completion
- Relevant electrical qualifications
- Experience working within a regulated or major infrastructure environment would be advantageous
