One of the leading contractors in the market is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Electrical) to lead a £20m electrical package on a prestigious commercial new build and refurbishment project in High Street Kensington. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the electrical delivery from pre-construction through to completion, commissioning and handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Senior Electrical Project Manager will lead the delivery of the £20m electrical package from pre-construction to handover.
- Manage design coordination, procurement, installation and commissioning.
- The Senior Electrical Project Manager will lead and develop project teams and manage programme, budget, risk and resources.
- Manage client, consultant, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships.
- The Senior Project Manager will ensure high standards of safety, quality and commercial performance.
- Coordinate effectively with wider MEP and construction teams.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
- 10+ years' experience delivering major electrical or MEP projects.
- The Senior Electrical Project Manager will have proven experience managing £20m+ electrical packages.
- Commercial, refurbishment, fit-out or complex construction experience.
- Strong pre-construction, design coordination and project planning experience.
- Excellent leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical construction and MEP coordination.
- Good knowledge of UK construction, electrical and H&S standards.
