About Arc Potential is working with an established contractor looking to strengthen its project delivery team with an experienced Electrical Project Manager from an electrical, M&E or main contractor background.
Based from Falkirk, the role will oversee projects across Central Scotland, predominantly Edinburgh and Glasgow. The business has a strong pipeline of upcoming work, creating a good opportunity for someone looking for long-term project exposure and room to develop.
The Role You will manage electrical projects from start through to handover across sectors including healthcare, education, retail, commercial and industrial.
- Manage electrical projects from start through to handover
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers, materials and project programmes
- Monitor progress, costs, variations and commercial performance
- Review drawings, specifications and technical requirements
- Resolve technical and delivery issues as they arise
- Maintain clear communication with clients, site teams and project stakeholders
- Oversee quality, health and safety, testing and commissioning
- Manage defect resolution, closeout and handover documentation
- Keep multiple live projects progressing to programme

About You You will be an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a background working for an electrical contractor, M&E contractor or main contractor, delivering similar commercial and industrial projects. Experience managing multiple live projects would be highly beneficial.

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and building services
- Confidence leading site teams and managing subcontractors
- Good commercial awareness, including project costs and variations
- Strong organisation, planning and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across live projects
- Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK
