Job Description: Electrical Qualified Supervisor
ANTAC is a national organisation offering a range of services including building and maintenance, mechanical, electrical and HVAC services, commercial office cleaning, window cleaning and rope access services. Over the last 25 years, we have helped organisations achieve outstanding results and we are continuing to grow in 2026!
We’re looking for an Electrical Qualified Supervisor to join our team in the South West on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for reviewing electrical certificates including EICR’s, EIC’s and minor works as well as conducting site visits and inspections to ensure all installations meet current standards.
Training can be provided so if you’re an experienced electrician looking to step up into a leadership / supervisory position, we’d like to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Undertaking Qualifying Supervisor duties across MoD sites 3 days per week with 2 days carrying out PPM’s and small installations
- Reviewing, validating and signing off EICs, EICRs and minor electrical works
- Auditing completed works against BS 7671 to ensure quality and compliance
- Leading and supervising a team of approximately 20 electricians and apprentices across electrical maintenance works, EICRS and small installations
- Conducting monthly review meetings and regular one-to-ones with the electrical team
- Overseeing small installations, maintenance and repairs of electrical systems
- Carrying out safety audits, inspections, risk assessments and toolbox talks
- Ensuring all electrical documentation and certification is accurately completed and recorded using electrical reporting software

- ECS Gold Card (or able to obtain)
- 2391 Inspection and Testing
- Previous experience in a NIC EIC QS role is desirable
