We are looking for a qualified Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our expanding Direct Trades team across Hampshire and the New Forest.

Working within our Capital works (refurbishment/planned works arm) division, this role offers the opportunity to work across a varied mix of contracts, from kitchen and bathroom upgrades and fire safety improvement works to specialist residential and refurbishment projects.

The Electrical Qualifying Supervisor Role

  • Complete ongoing electrical testing (EICRs) and repairs within occupied and vacant residential properties.
  • As an EQS you will also be responsible for checking and signing off electrical certification conducted by the other electricians as well as notifying building control of any new installation works.
  • Ensuring installations of works surrounding kitchens & bathrooms are completed to a quality standards, and post inspections are completed in line with company and industry processes.
  • Validation on electrical repairs, small works, and test & inspections.
  • You'll provide technical expertise, support operational teams, and help maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance.

What will you bring as an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor?

  • Qualified to an NVQ level 3 Electrical Installation (C&G 2357 or equivalent).
  • Level 3 in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (C&G 2391-52).
  • 18th Edition (BS 7671) Wiring Regulations is essential.
  • Experience working within a domestic environment, and comfortable working within occupied residential properties.
  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude, with the occasional requirement to be part of our on-call rota for emergency out of hours electrical work.
  • A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
