Job Description

As the Electrical Quality Management Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring our supply chain delivers to the highest quality standards across one of Europe's largest and most complex infrastructure projects. This will be hybrid based from both home and from the site, in Bridgwater whilst incorporating some European travel predominantly across France, Switzerland and Germany.

Working within the Quality Management Team, you'll support programme delivery by implementing effective quality assurance and quality control arrangements, overseeing contractor quality performance, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, processes, and regulatory standards.

You'll work closely with project teams, contractors, inspection bodies, and key stakeholders to drive a culture of safe, efficient, right-first-time delivery, helping ensure quality is built into every stage of the project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement project quality assurance and quality control arrangements.
  • Produce and maintain Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs).
  • Review and monitor Contractor Quality Assurance Plans (CQAPs).
  • Lead the implementation and review of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs).
  • Support supplier technical assessments, manufacturing surveillance, and quality release activities.
  • Manage quality-related non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate quality meetings with contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Identify audit requirements and support the resolution of audit findings.
  • Review and approve manufacturing documentation and quality records.
  • Support acceptance of End of Manufacturing, Construction and Erection Status Reports.
  • Ensure equipment and components meet quality requirements prior to release to site.
  • Build strong relationships across project teams, contractors, and inspection organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
