The Role
We’re looking for experienced electrical professionals to join our rapidly expanding renewable energy team, specialising in domestic installations across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical experience in the renovables sector, who can also lead and support the management of the installation teams, ensuring we deliver safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is an office-based role and would suit someone who would like to apply their specialist knowledge, skills, and experience to delivering energy solutions by leveraging tech.
Working across solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging, you’ll play a key role in helping ensure our customers transition to cleaner energy while supporting and coordinating engineers on-site. We would welcome candidates with full electrical or solar PV/EV qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Carry out support remotely for onsite installations, including providing technical advice and solutions over the phone or via live chat.
- Conduct desktop audits on all completed installations to ensure compliance with the latest Zuno and regulatory standards, identifying any issues requiring engineer re-attendance for 100% compliance.
- Offer technical support to all other departments, including customer service and aftercare.
- Continuously update the backend platform to ensure accurate recording of technical advice and recommendations for each job.
- Ensure a quality service and good customer outcomes.
- Support all areas of the department to meet business needs.
- Maintain strong performance under pressure.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Adhere to team collaboration and detail-oriented focus.
- Be computer literate.
- Exhibit openness to new skill development.

Qualifications & Skills
You’ll need:
- Minimum 5 years’ electrical experience, including excellent fault-finding skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in renewable installations.
- 18th Edition electrical wiring regulations.
- NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation and City & Guilds 236 Part 1 and 2, or equivalent.
- Experience with domestic electrical vehicle charging would be advantageous.
- Experience with domestic solar PV and battery storage would be advantageous.
- Experience with wiring domestic air source heat pumps would be advantageous.
- A clean driver’s license.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to integrate as part of a team.
Expected skills:
- Computer literate, quick learner (fluent in Google Suite, Slack, and custom software).
- Superior organisation skills.
- Clean DBS.
