Dron & Dickson is seeking experienced IRATA Level 2 Rope Access Electrical Technicians to join our Site Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated technicians with a strong electrical background and rope access experience to work across a variety of onshore and offshore projects. Working under the guidance of a Rope Access Level 3 Supervisor and alongside experienced project teams, you'll be responsible for carrying out electrical work scopes safely and efficiently whilst applying advanced rope access techniques in accordance with IRATA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and inspection activities in line with work instructions and client requirements.
- Perform rope access activities in accordance with IRATA Level 2 certification and the IRATA International Code of Practice.
- Assist with rope access rigging and rescue operations as directed by the Rope Access Level 3 Supervisor.
- Conduct pre-use inspections and maintenance of rope access equipment.
- Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments and safety initiatives.
- Liaise with client representatives and site personnel to support project delivery.
- Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company, client and legislative requirements.
- Maintain accurate IRATA logbooks and submit approved timesheets within required timescales.
- Support continuous improvement and uphold Dron & Dickson's commitment to safety and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- IRATA Level 2 Certification
- Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship, SVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent
- COMPEX Ex01-Ex04
- BOSIET / FOET
- UKOOA Medical
- MIST
- Working at Height Unit 2 (PPE User)
- Industrial electrical experience post apprenticeship
