Location: Offshore / Onshore UK & International Travel Required

Job Type: Full Time

Dron & Dickson is seeking an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Electrical Supervisor to lead rope access electrical projects across onshore and offshore environments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly competent rope access professional with a strong electrical background to take responsibility for the safe planning, coordination and execution of rope access work scopes. You'll lead teams of technicians, ensure compliance with IRATA and client requirements, and play a key role in maintaining our commitment to Everyone Home Safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and control rope access work scopes on client sites.
  • Lead and support Rope Access Technicians, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and inspection activities as required.
  • Oversee the inspection, maintenance and control of rope access equipment.
  • Produce and implement Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Rescue Plans.
  • Take responsibility for rope access rigging activities and rescue coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with IRATA standards, company procedures and client requirements.
  • Liaise with client representatives and site personnel on a day-to-day basis.
  • Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings and risk assessment activities.
  • Maintain IRATA logbooks and ensure technicians' records are completed correctly.
  • Complete and submit project documentation, including working hours records, rescue plans and end-of-trip paperwork.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and provide leadership across all assigned work scopes.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • IRATA Level 3 Certification
  • Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship, SVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent
  • COMPEX Ex01-Ex04
  • Current Offshore Survival (BOSIET / FOET)
  • UKOOA Medical
  • MIST
  • Working at Height Unit 2 (PPE User)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Significant industrial electrical experience
  • Previous supervisory experience within rope access operations
