Electrical Services Engineering Lead
Central London (Gherkin Head Office)

TClarke is looking for an experienced Electrical Services Engineering Lead to join our Engineering team, based from our Gherkin Head Office in Central London with site visits.
Reporting to the Engineering Director, you'll act as the technical lead for a team of Electrical Project Engineers, providing guidance, mentoring and engineering support across major commercial developments and hyperscale data centre projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer or Engineering Manager looking to take on a strategic leadership role while remaining involved in the technical delivery of flagship projects.

The Role
- Act as the technical bridge between the Engineering Director and Electrical Project Engineers.
- Lead and mentor a team of Electrical Project Engineers across multiple projects.
- Provide technical support from design through to commissioning and handover.
- Review designs, specifications and engineering solutions.
- Drive engineering best practice, consistency and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Design Teams and clients.
- Support resource planning and the development of engineering talent.
About You
- Experience as a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, Engineering Manager or similar within an MEP contractor.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services.
- Experience delivering major commercial and/or hyperscale data centre projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about developing engineers and driving technical excellence.
