Rise10 Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established electrical services business with the appointment of an experienced Electrical Services Manager.

This is a key management position overseeing a team of Project Managers delivering commercial and industrial electrical projects ranging from £1K to £1M+.

We’re looking for an experienced electrical professional who can take ownership of project performance, provide strong leadership to the Project Management team, and ensure projects are delivered effectively from initial handover through to completion.

Importantly, you must have previous experience managing and leading a team of Project Managers. This is an essential requirement for the role.

The Role

Working closely with the Electrical Services Director, you will oversee the Project Management team, ensuring projects are correctly assigned and handed over with a clear understanding of scope, programme, pricing and agreed budgets. You’ll play a key role in monitoring project performance, identifying risks and supporting the Project Managers to deliver successful outcomes for both the business and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
