Electrical Services Supervisor

What You Will Do
- Supervise and support teams of electricians across multiple automotive manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent quality and strong performance.
- Manage day-to-day electrical projects, keeping work on time, within budget and compliant with relevant standards.
- Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors so site requirements are met smoothly.
- Monitor quality, inspection and testing documentation to maintain full industry compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits, reinforcing Health and Safety processes at every stage.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation to support safe, accurate delivery.

What You Will Bring
- Experience supervising electrical works in industrial, manufacturing, automotive or similar environments.
- A recognised electrical qualification at NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge, plus City and Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 inspection and testing experience.
- Familiarity with Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR) and a strong eye for documentation and compliance.
- A full UK driving licence, enabling travel between the Gaydon, Warwick and Oxford area sites.
