Package: £46,000
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern consisting of days & nights
About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer (AM2 qualified) to join my client’s team on a full shift pattern, covering a commercial site in Slough. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who has been longing for a professional and progress team of engineers, supported by management who reward their staff with training, promotions and development in technical abilities where possible.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical three-phase systems, lighting and power distribution.
- Perform tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
- Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
- Monitor BMS
- Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Level 3 and AM2 &/or Gold Card in Electrical Installations
- Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
- Knowledge of commercial building systems
