Electrical Shift Leader – Fenchurch Street
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Location: Fenchurch Street, London
Shift Pattern: Continental – 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Shift Leader to join a prestigious site in Fenchurch Street, London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified professional with strong critical facilities experience who is looking to take the next step in their career, with excellent training and progression opportunities available.
The Role
As Electrical Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading the electrical engineering team on a prestigious commercial site, ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of all electrical systems and critical infrastructure.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the site while supporting your team and ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely and effectively.

Key Requirements
- Valid HV Authorised Person (HV-AP) qualification – essential
- Electrical engineering qualification (ideally NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience within a commercial, critical facilities or building services environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, maintenance and fault finding
- Experience working with HV/LV systems
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a shift team
- Comfortable working a continental shift pattern
