Electrical Site Manager

📍 Cardiff / South Wales

💰 £50,000 – £55,000 + Progression

The Opportunity

We’re looking for 2 Electrical Site Managers to join a growing contractor delivering commercial, industrial and renewable energy projects across South Wales.

This is a hands-on site leadership role for someone who can take control of electrical delivery, lead teams and keep projects moving safely, efficiently and to programme.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, client and subcontractors, with genuine responsibility for site delivery, quality and H&S.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead day-to-day electrical installation activities
  • Manage electricians, subcontractors and site labour
  • Coordinate labour, materials and programme
  • Drive H&S compliance, RAMS and safe systems of work
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and quality checks
  • Coordinate electrical works with other trades
  • Resolve site issues and keep works on programme
  • Liaise with Project Managers, clients and site teams
  • Ensure installations are delivered safely, on time and to specification

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor
  • Strong commercial or industrial electrical installation background
  • SMSTS – essential
  • Black CSCS Card – essential
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of site H&S and electrical installation
  • Confident leading teams and managing subcontractors
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
