Electrical Site Manager - Fit Out
London | £60,000-£70,000 | Permanent
We're recruiting for an established fit-out and refurbishment contractor looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join its delivery team across London.
This is a site-based role taking responsibility for the electrical package on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, working alongside the wider project and MEP teams to ensure works are delivered safely, properly coordinated and to programme.
What you'll be doing
- Manage electrical works on site from installation through to completion
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors and specialist trades
- Monitor progress against programme and identify issues early
- Ensure installations are completed to the required quality and specification
- Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, architectural and construction packages
- Manage site health and safety requirements
- Attend site and coordination meetings
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover
- Work closely with Project Managers, MEP teams and other site management

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager or similar
- Experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Good understanding of electrical installations and site coordination
- Confidence managing subcontractors and programme
- Strong health and safety awareness
- SMSTS
