⚡ Electrical Site Manager | Cardiff / South Wales

💰 £50,000–£55,000 + Progression

We're looking for 2 Electrical Site Managers to join a growing contractor delivering commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects across South Wales.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead electrical teams, manage site delivery, and keep projects on program.

🔧 The role

  • Lead day-to-day electrical installation
  • Manage electricians & subcontractors
  • Coordinate labour, materials & program
  • Drive H&S, RAMS & quality
  • Conduct inspections & toolbox talks
  • Liaise with clients, PMs & site teams
  • Resolve issues and keep works moving

✔️ Electrical Site Manager / Supervisor experience
✔️ Commercial or industrial background
✔️ SMSTS – essential
✔️ Black CSCS Card – essential
✔️ NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
✔️ Strong leadership and site management skills
