Electrical Supervisor – 6-Month Contract | Slough Data Centre

Contract: 6 months

Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, with weekend work available
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Slough, working directly for the Main Contractor (GC) on a 6-month contract.
Data centre experience is not essential for this position. We are looking for a strong electrical professional with proven supervisory experience and, most importantly, the leadership skills to manage subcontractors effectively and keep works progressing to programme.
The Role
As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical subcontractors on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to the required quality standards and in line with the project programme.

You will report directly to the Project Manager and act as a key link between the site teams and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors on site
- Manage day-to-day electrical installation activities
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme
- Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and wider site team
- Identify and resolve site issues before they impact progress
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and quality requirements
- Support site inspections, testing and commissioning activities
- Maintain strong communication across all project teams
- Promote a positive health & safety culture on site
About You
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Site Supervisor
- Strong electrical installation background
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work confidently with the Project Manager and wider construction team
- Strong understanding of health & safety and quality requirements
- Organised, proactive and capable of driving a team to deliver
- Data centre experience is not required
