Mobile Electrical Supervisor North West

National Facilities Management Organisation

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Electrical Supervisor to join a leading facilities management organisation, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across the North West, predominantly from Middleton through to Preston and the surrounding areas.

This is an established supervisory position and requires someone with previous experience supervising electrical engineers within a facilities management or similar commercial environment.

Package

  • Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Van & fuel card supplied
  • Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and managing a team of electrical engineers across the North West.
  • Planning and coordinating day-to-day engineering activities
  • Ensuring PPM and reactive maintenance is completed within agreed timescales
  • Carrying out electrical maintenance and fault finding when required
  • Providing technical guidance and support to engineers
  • Monitoring engineer performance and quality of completed works
  • Carrying out regular site visits and inspections
  • Liaising directly with clients and site representatives
  • Managing reactive issues and ensuring appropriate engineers are allocated
  • Monitoring completion of maintenance records, reports and documentation
  • Supporting the Contract Manager with the day-to-day running of the contract
  • Identifying and resolving operational and technical issues
  • Ensuring a consistently high standard of service is delivered across the contract

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within FM, building services or a similar commercial environment
  • Experience supervising and managing a team of electrical engineers
  • A recognised Level 3 Electrical qualification / NVQ or equivalent
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
