An experienced Electrical Supervisor is required to lead and coordinate engineering delivery across sites within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, with occasional travel to a university site in London.

This permanent, mobile role combines electrical supervision, PPM and remedial works, project oversight and client engagement. You'll lead engineers and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required technical standards.
The Role
As The Electrical Supervisor, You'll
- Lead and coordinate engineers across planned, remedial and project works.
- Review CAT1 and CAT2 PPM service sheets and recommend remedial actions.
- Plan, allocate and supervise works completed by engineers and subcontractors.
- Attend client briefings, progress reviews and project meetings.
- Monitor project programmes, quality standards and outstanding works through completion.
- Maintain site records and provide progress reports to senior management.
- Conduct site inductions and ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
- Complete pre-handover inspections and finalise O&M manuals for completed projects.

About You
To Be Successful As The Electrical Supervisor, You'll Have
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent, plus AM2.
- City & Guilds 2394/2395 or 2391 Level 3 qualification.
- Current 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification.
- SSSTS or SMSTS site safety qualification.
- Strong commercial and industrial electrical installation experience.
- Proven supervisory experience within council, university or similar environments.
- Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Engineers And Subcontractors.
- A full UK driving licence and good Microsoft Office skills. High Voltage awareness, IPAF, COSHH, confined space or manual handling training would be advantageous.
