Electrical Supervisor – Forfar

Salary: £45,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week
Start: Immediate
Benefits: Company vehicle + bonus scheme after 6 months
Structure: Employee-Owned Business
Locations: Dundee & Forfar (role based in Forfar)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our employee-owned company, operating across Dundee and Forfar. This position is based in our Forfar office, overseeing a small contracts team and supporting day-to-day operations. The role includes managing electricians, co-ordinating small works, and carrying out estimating duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a small electrical contracts team
  • Manage workload, scheduling, and project delivery
  • Complete estimates and quotations for small works
  • Sign off electrical certification (no testing duties)
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

  • 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (essential for signing certification)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installations and small works
  • Experience supervising or leading a team
  • Ability to produce accurate estimates
  • Full UK driving licence
