The Echo Group is a creative and service-led organisation leading the industry of luxury retail display, digital content creation, and experiential site delivery.
Role Overview
Floor Production Manager (Unit 2)
The role of the Floor Production Manager (Unit 2) is to oversee the smooth flow of works through the production line, ensuring all works safely make their deadline whilst meeting Echo’s high standards in quality and longevity.
Electrical Supervisor
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for leading and delivering all electrical aspects of retail activations, experiential installations, pop-up environments, window displays, exhibitions, and bespoke retail fixtures.
The role combines hands-on electrical installation with team leadership, ensuring all 240V and low-voltage systems are designed, assembled, tested, installed, and maintained safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will manage a small team of electricians and technicians while working closely with Project Managers, Technical Designers, Fabricators, and Site Installation Teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
The position requires a strong understanding of temporary electrical installations, retail display systems, LED lighting, control systems, power distribution, and relevant electrical regulations.
The nature of our industry is that working ad hoc additional hours, or out of normal working hours, can be expected as a normal function of this role. Paid overtime, or time in lieu, is not provided for this. The leadership team of Echo House remain committed to limiting the extent and potential impact of this, for all individuals at Echo.
Echo is a fast-paced, and often highly pressured, design and production house working within one of the most demanding and rewarding creative industries in the world. Positivity is key in everything we do. Whether you’re collaborating with colleagues, communicating with clients or focusing on the task at hand, our approach is to always remain constructive. Flexibility, responsiveness, and a cool, calm head are essential in maintaining effective and efficient work delivery as circumstances change and evolve rapidly. Respecting each other’s contribution is essential as we believe every individual has something to offer, and the key to being successful at Echo is an ability and willingness to collaborate and deliver results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
