Electrical Supervisor
The Electrical Supervisor will take responsibility for the planning, coordination, supervision and successful delivery of EV ChargePoint installations across the UK. Working closely with operational teams, customers and suppliers, the role is responsible for resource planning, material procurement, compliance, quality assurance and project handover activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards of customer service.
Qualifications, Competencies & Professional Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in electrical supervision and leading a team.
- Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical installations.
- C&G L3 Electrotechnical Qualification
- C&G BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations
- C&G 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection and Testing
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- JIB/CSCS Card
- Strong leadership and management skills
Desirable:
- SSSTS
- AP Low Voltage
- Experience with EV charging systems (advantageous but not essential)

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and deploy resources for EV ChargePoint installations, taking ownership of the successful delivery of allocated projects.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of electrical and engineering teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet project programmes and customer requirements.
- Review designs and project requirements to produce material take-offs, identify material requirements and procure all relevant electrical installation materials to support project delivery.
- Ensure all installations are compliant with BS7671, using their own competencies along with specific systems and processes designed to manage the quality of work.
- Compile, review and challenge site-specific RAMS and Programmes of Work.
- Carry out Health & Safety Audits and Toolbox Talks with Installers on the ground.
- Prepare, review and sign off NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates.
- Compile and manage all project handover documentation, ensuring customer deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Any other reasonable request in line with this role given by the EV Operations Manager
