Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor with strong plant room knowledge, comfortable balancing team management with hands-on technical work? We are looking for a reliable Electrical Supervisor to lead a small, dedicated team of engineers and oversee daily maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of around 5 maintenance engineers (plumbing and electrical disciplines).
- Hands-on Maintenance: Work "on the tools" when required to assist with complex tasks, cover operational gaps, or resolve escalations.
- Plant Room Management: Oversee operations, routine servicing, and fault-finding within plant room environments.
- CAFM Operations: Utilize the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system daily to log work orders, update task progress, and track team performance.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all electrical and maintenance work complies with current regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.

Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent recognized electrical qualification / 18th Edition).
- Experience: Proven experience working in a supervisory or team leader capacity within building services or facilities management.
- Technical Expertise: Solid plant room experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
- IT Literacy: Comfortable using computer systems, specifically CAFM platforms, for daily workflow management.
- Adaptability: Willingness to lead by example and get hands-on as business needs dictate.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern
- Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break).
- Weekend Rota: 1 weekend per month required.
