At Echo House
We create award-winning luxury retail displays, experiential activations, exhibitions, pop-ups, and immersive brand experiences for some of the world's leading brands. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Lead Electrician to lead our electrical team and deliver innovative projects both in the workshop and on-site across the UK and internationally.
The Role
You will oversee all electrical aspects of our builds, from LED-lit retail displays and interactive installations to large-scale experiential activations. Combining hands-on electrical expertise with team leadership, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the exceptional standards Echo House is known for.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of electrical technicians and installers.
- Building, testing, commissioning, and installing 240V and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Working with LED lighting, DMX controls, power distribution, sensors, and interactive technologies.
- Conducting fault finding, testing, inspection, and PAT testing.
- Ensuring compliance with BS7671, Electricity at Work Regulations, and Health & Safety legislation.
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Designers, Fabricators, and Installation Teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Experience leading electrical teams within retail fit-out, shopfitting, exhibitions, live events, or experiential environments.
- Strong knowledge of 240V and low-voltage systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
