Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Supervise electricians and subcontractor teams on domestic properties
  • Check and sign off electrical certificates (EICR, EIC, Fire alarms)
  • Register jobs with Building Control and oversee subcontractor certificates
  • Conduct weekly site audits and provide technical support to engineers and site teams
  • Produce monthly reports for clients and maintain compliance with GDPR and company policies
  • Support junior colleagues and help develop their skills
  • Work between office and site visits to ensure full compliance with project specifications

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor
  • Knowledge of legislation, procedures, reporting, and KPIs
  • Strong communication skills to present and explain technical topics
  • Competent in MS Office 365 and certification software (e.g., EasyCert/Click)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility regarding travel and extended hours when required

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) or CSCS card
  • 2382-18 Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018
  • Level 3 Inspection & Testing qualification – 2391, 2394/2395 or equivalent
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Full, clean UK driving licence

Desirable, But Not Essential:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent
  • Relevant professional qualifications
