Electrical Supervisor (Nights) – Slough

£450 per day | Short & Long-Term Contracts Available

Lead the night shift on a major electrical installation project.

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee night-time cable pulling operations on a project based in Slough. Whether you're looking for a short-term contract or a longer-term opportunity, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

Working Monday to Friday, 6:00pm – 4:00am, you'll be responsible for supervising cable pulling and other electrical installation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme.

You'll be expected to:

  • Supervise cable pulling teams during night shifts
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with site procedures
  • Coordinate labour and resources to maximise productivity
  • Complete daily reports and communicate progress to site management
  • Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety throughout the shift

Requirements

  • Previous experience supervising electrical installation or cable pulling works
  • SSSTS (essential)
  • First Aid at Work qualification (essential)
  • Strong understanding of safe systems of work
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work consistently on night shifts
