Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking to play a key role in delivering high-quality EV charging infrastructure projects across the UK?
We are supporting a rapidly growing organisation within the renewable energy and electric vehicle sector in the search for an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination and successful delivery of EV ChargePoint installations nationwide.

The Role:
As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing electrical installation projects from planning through to completion, ensuring all work is delivered safely, compliantly, on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Project Planning & Delivery: Plan, schedule and coordinate resources across multiple EV ChargePoint installation projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, compliantly and on time.
- Technical & Compliance: Review designs, specifications, RAMS and programmes of work, ensuring installations meet BS7671 regulations and industry standards.
- Site & Certification: Conduct site visits, Health & Safety audits and toolbox talks, and prepare, review and sign off NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates.
- Materials & Handover: Produce material take-offs, support procurement, manage handover documentation and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.

Salary, Overtime & Benefits:
- Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience
- Paid Overtime Opportunities
- Based in Knaresborough but UK wide travel is required.
- Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card, 30 Days Annual Leave, Travel & Subsistence Expenses, Performance Bonus, Bupa Healthcare, Pension Scheme, EV scheme and more
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor or team leadership role.
- Background in commercial and/or industrial electrical installations.
- City & Guild Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification.
- BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations qualification.
- City & Guild 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection & Testing qualification.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- JIB/CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- SSSTS and/or AP Low Voltage qualifications desirable.
- Experience with EV charging infrastructure or renewable energy projects would be advantageous.
