Project (Electrical) Supervisor
We’re recruiting a Project (Electrical) Supervisor to join a facilities and engineering team based in London. The role is paying up to £55,000 Per Annum.
This is a hands-on coordination and supervisory role, responsible for overseeing project works, contractors and engineering activities within a busy building services environment.
About the Role
You’ll act as a key point of contact for project-related works, ensuring contractors and engineering teams operate safely, efficiently and in line with site procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise project works, inspections and surveys on site
- Coordinate third-party contractors across electrical, HVAC, plumbing and building services
- Review and provide first approval of RAMS
- Manage permits and isolations
- Conduct project-area walk-rounds to identify issues, risks and snags
- Carry out Health & Safety inspections
- Coordinate engineering attendance and contractor access
- Ensure project handover documentation is completed
- Obtain quotations from third-party suppliers
- Monitor contractor compliance with site procedures
- Produce project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Support project risk management, audits and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For
- Electrical qualifications
- Around 6 years’ building services experience
- Good understanding of facilities management and building services
- Experience coordinating contractors and supply partners
- Experience with permit processing/issuing, RAMS and safe systems of work
- Strong Health & Safety awareness
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicating with engineers, contractors and stakeholders at all levels
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
