Options Energy Group is growing — we're looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team and lead our Cable Jointers across the Thames Valley.
📍 Reading | Slough | West London

This isn't just a job overseeing teams.
We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, understands what good looks like, and has the drive to develop people, deliver safely and provide an outstanding service for our Clients and their customers.
🔧 What will you be doing?
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of our electrical Jointing teams, making sure the right people are in the right place, with the right equipment, materials and information to get the job done safely and efficiently.
Your role will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing Cable Jointers and operational teams
- Planning and scheduling new connections, faults and asset maintenance
- Supporting teams with LV fault finding and network restoration
- Carrying out site audits and ensuring consistently high standards of Safety, Quality & Technical Compliance
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with DNO specifications and contractual requirements
- Supporting LV testing and switching where appropriately authorised
- Ensuring teams are trained, equipped and competent to undertake their work
- Reviewing operational drawings, records and completion documentation
- Making commercially sound decisions whilst maintaining customer service
- Working closely with our HSQE and operational leadership teams

👷 Who are we looking for?
You could already be an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Team Manager — or you could be an experienced electrical craftsperson ready to take the next step.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing teams in an operational environment
- Strong knowledge of Distribution Electrical Networks
- Current or previous DNO operational authorisation
- Experience with LV faults and network restoration
- NRSWA Supervisor
- SMSTS or IOSH
- CSCS / EUSR
- NERS Passport Holder (desirable)
- Knowledge of ESQCR and Electricity at Work requirements
- Full UK driving licence
