Are you an experienced electrician ready to take ownership of quality, compliance and technical excellence within the rapidly growing EV sector?
We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor / NICEIC Qualified Supervisor to oversee and sign off EV charging infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a key role within our EV team, with responsibility for ensuring installations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance and workmanship.
As the designated NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our accreditation, reviewing and certifying installations, mentoring engineers, and ensuring all work is fully compliant with BS7671 and industry best practice.
Working closely with Project Managers and installation teams, you'll help deliver high-quality EV charging projects safely, on time and with an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the company's NICEIC Qualified Supervisor for EV charging installations.
- Reviewing, approving and signing off NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates.
- Ensuring all electrical works comply with BS7671 and NICEIC standards.
- Supporting Project Managers with planning, resource allocation and project delivery.
- Providing technical guidance and oversight to installation teams.
- Conducting site inspections, quality audits and compliance checks.
- Reviewing and challenging RAMS, programmes of work and installation documentation.
- Delivering toolbox talks and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Supporting project handovers and ensuring complete project documentation.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor, QS or senior electrical role.
- Experience working with EV charging infrastructure, including DC rapid chargers.
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification.
- City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection & Testing.
- City & Guilds 2919 (or equivalent) EV Charging Qualification.
- Current BS7671 Wiring Regulations qualification.
- Strong understanding of NICEIC requirements and electrical compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- JIB/CSCS Gold Card
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- SSSTS.
- Authorised Person (Low Voltage).
- EVCI project experience.
