We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a project in Monk Fryston Substation, starting 17 August 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works on site, coordinating a team of multi-skilled operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily works on site.
- Work effectively with a team of multi-skilled operatives.
- Coordinate works in line with the project programme and agreed deadlines.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and their daily activities.
- Allocate daily tasks and complete allocation sheets.
- Complete POWRA and all relevant site paperwork and documentation.
- Ensure works are carried out safely and to the required standards.
- Monitor progress and communicate any issues or delays to the site management team.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and quality throughout the project.
- Liaise with site management, operatives and subcontractors to ensure effective delivery of the works.

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience working as an Electrical Supervisor / Site Supervisor.
- SMSTS qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 minimum.
- Occupational Works Supervisor qualification.
- Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements.
- Experience supervising multi-skilled teams and subcontractors.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate works effectively against a programme.
- Ability to complete site documentation, including allocation sheets, POWRA and relevant paperwork.
