The Role

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a high-profile commercial building.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supervising and supporting a team of electrical engineers
  • Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
  • Ensuring compliance with current health and safety regulations and electrical standards
  • Conducting technical audits, inspections, and quality checks
  • Supporting the Contract Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Liaising with clients and subcontractors to maintain exceptional service delivery
  • Assisting with permits to work, risk assessments, and method statements
  • Responding to technical issues and providing leadership during critical incidents

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor who has:

  • A recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Previous experience supervising engineers within a commercial building environment
  • Strong knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive approach with a strong customer focus
  • Experience within facilities management or building services is highly desirable
