Electrical Site Supervisor – Renewable Energy Project
Location: Lincolnshire, UK
Project: 77MW Renewable Energy Project
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 DOE
Package: Accommodation + Company Car
Start: Immediate
Employment: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major 77MW renewable energy project in Lincolnshire. You will work as part of a two-person site supervision team, overseeing electrical works and ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation and construction activities on site
- Coordinate and oversee electrical subcontractors and site teams
- Monitor progress against programme and report on site activities
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Maintain strong HSE compliance across electrical works
- Assist with inspections, testing, snagging, and project handover
- Liaise with project management, engineering teams, and contractors

Requirements
- Previous experience supervising electrical works on construction, energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects
- Strong electrical installation and site knowledge
- Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
- Good understanding of UK electrical and HSE standards
- Renewable energy experience is advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to other company projects when required

- £45,000–£55,000 salary, depending on experience
