Team Leader (Electrical and Facilities) - Yorkshire
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Team Leader (Electrical and Facilities) to join our team, leading the delivery of electrical services across our homes in Yorkshire.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements, while supporting your team to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

What will you be doing?
- Overseeing a team delivering electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations.
- Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and support your team to deliver excellent results.
- Leading and supporting a team of electricians and operatives.
- Overseeing day-to-day service delivery and workload management.
- Monitoring performance, setting targets, and driving improvements.
- Ensuring all work is compliant with regulations and safety standards.
- Carrying out quality checks, audits, and performance reviews.
- Supporting training, coaching, and development of team members.
- Managing customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Supporting resource planning and operational improvements.

This is a fast-paced and varied role where you’ll combine leadership and technical expertise to deliver a high-performing service. This is an Agile job, in which you will be out and about, at the office and working from home.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is technically capable, confident leading others, and focused on delivering great service. You’ll bring:
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical services.
- Relevant electrical qualifications, including inspection and testing.
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Knowledge of compliance and health and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing performance and improving services.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A strong commitment to customer service.
