Electrical Technical Lead

📍 UK / Europe – Flexible Hybrid

💷 Up to £100,000 / €115,000 package

⚡ Mission-Critical Infrastructure

Strong on MV/LV, UPS, STS and resilient power systems inside critical facilities? This is a senior technical role where you’ll review, challenge and improve designs rather than sit buried in modelling work.

You’ll act as the electrical technical authority across internal distribution and building systems, working with consultants, vendors and contractors on complex mission-critical projects.

What you’ll do

  • Review SLDs, design packages, submittals and redlines
  • Lead technical reviews of MV/LV distribution systems
  • Assess UPS, STS, switchgear, transformers and emergency generation
  • Challenge vendors and contractors on technical issues
  • Resolve RFIs, design conflicts and engineering queries
  • Review FAT documentation and technical compliance
  • Support building services including lighting, earthing, containment and power distribution
  • Ensure systems are safe, maintainable and operationally resilient

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
