Electrical Technical Manager

Company: for our partner company Vyelight Electrical
Based: Office & Site Based – covering the South West - office based in Gloucester
Start Date: As soon as possible

About Us:
Vyelight Electrical is a professional, independent electrical contractor based in Brockworth, Gloucester, delivering high-quality electrical services across the South West. We work mostly across residential and domestic installations and pride ourselves on excellent service, technical expertise, and strong client relationships from bespoke companies to national organisations.

The Role:
We are seeking an Electrical Technical Manager to join our team. This is a key role within the business, providing technical support to our team & clients alike where needed, oversight to ensure compliance, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor for the company.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the electrical team.
  • Attending client and contract meetings occasionally.
  • Attending pre-start meetings for new sites.
  • Supporting project delivery to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Fully qualified electrician.
  • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing).
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or technical management role desirable.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Hours & Salary
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
Part time: Negotiable, minimum of 25 hours per week.
Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per annum (pro rata if part time). Dependant on skill & previous experience.
