The University of Surrey is seeking talented Electrical, Plumbing and Multi-Skilled Technicians to join our Estates & Facilities Maintenance Services team. Based on our vibrant Guildford campus, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the buildings, infrastructure and facilities that support world-class teaching, research and student life.

What You'll Be Doing
Working within our Maintenance Services team, you'll:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
- Help ensure our campus facilities remain safe, efficient and operational.
- Diagnose and resolve faults across a wide range of building services systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support colleagues and develop multi-skilled capabilities where appropriate.
- Deliver high standards of customer service to our campus community.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:
- Relevant Electrical qualifications.
