Electrician
Newcastle-under-Lyme & Surrounding Areas
£41,502.58 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card
Full-Time | Permanent | 39 Hours per Week
Think Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Electrician on behalf of a well-established social housing provider operating across Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.

The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and installation work within occupied and void domestic properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Domestic electrical repairs and planned maintenance
- Fault finding and remedial works
- Installation of new circuits and associated testing
- Consumer unit upgrades
- Completing EICRs, Electrical Installation Certificates (EIC) and Minor Works Certificates (MWC)
- Working closely with other trades while maintaining excellent health and safety standards
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in domestic electrical work
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
- Testing and inspection experience
- A full UK driving licence
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A positive, flexible approach to working within a team

Social housing experience is desirable but not essential.
