Part-Time Electrician – 3 Days per Week (Monday to Thursday) | Barnsley
Experienced Electrician Wanted – Industrial Environment
We're looking for a skilled and reliable electrician to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week between Monday and Thursday. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician seeking a better work-life balance while remaining part of a busy and supportive manufacturing business in Barnsley.
We are particularly interested in an electrician with high voltage experience, although applicants with strong industrial electrical maintenance or installation experience are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
- Install, test and commission electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
- Support continuous improvement across the site.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
- High voltage experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to health and safety.
