CDS Electrical is looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and secure-environment projects, including Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and HMP construction sites.
Our initial project is based in Manchester for approximately 2 weeks, followed by further work within the Greater Manchester area, with ongoing work to follow across multiple MOJ sites nationwide, alongside projects throughout the North West.
Role Requirements
- Fully qualified Electrician
- ECS Gold Card (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to obtain CTC or EL1 Clearance for prison and MOJ site access (or already hold current clearance)
- Experience within commercial or secure environments preferred
- Strong containment installation experience
- Able to fabricate, modify and adapt containment systems to suit site conditions
- Competent in conduit installation
- 1st fix & 2nd fix wiring
- Confident in carrying out electrical testing and inspection
