Electricians – Looking for More Stability and Less Hassle?
£43,000 - £49,800 (including salary and holiday pay benefits)

If you're a skilled Electrician who enjoys the trade but wants a role with less day-to-day stress, this could be a great opportunity.
We're partnering with a large Social Housing provider that is expanding its team and looking for an Electrician to help maintain the compliance and upkeep of its housing portfolio.
This is genuine hands-on electrical work, including:
- Reactive repairs
- Fault diagnosis and rectification
- Electrical work within occupied properties
- Communal area maintenance
- Minor response repairs
As you'll be working in residents' homes, delivering excellent customer service is just as important as your technical ability. This is secure, long-term employment rather than stop-start contract work.

You'll also receive a full induction, a company vehicle and be part of a paid out-of-hours call-out rota (1 in every 6 weeks - if you want to).
The team also actively supports apprentices and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Ideally, you'll have:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent (City & Guilds 2365, 2357 etc.) - Essential
- AM2 - Essential
- Inspection and Testing experience (2391, 2394 or 2395 desirable)
- A strong understanding of BS7671
- Experience within domestic properties
You'll also need a full UK driving licence, basic IT skills, and the ability to give customer service.
