Job Description

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Luton (Covering Bedford, Milton Keynes, Cambridge & Surrounding Areas)

Salary: £37,500 - £43,000 (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)

Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrician to join a growing team delivering responsive repairs, maintenance and electrical installations across occupied and void social housing properties.

You will carry out fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation work, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out responsive repairs, maintenance, fault finding and electrical installations.
  • Work across occupied and void social housing properties.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and Health & Safety standards.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain accurate job records.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours rota as required.

Requirements For The Electrician

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Experience working within domestic or social housing environments.
  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
