Electrician: North and West London
GBP47,000 Basic + Earn GBP60,000+ OTE Weekly Pay Company Van and Fuel Card Career Progression

What You'll Be Doing
Working across a varied portfolio of domestic and commercial properties, you'll carry out everything from planned maintenance and reactive repairs through to inspection, testing, and small installation projects.

Your Duties Will Include
- Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
- EICR inspections and certification
- Inspection and Testing
- Reactive electrical maintenance
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Consumer unit replacements
- Fuse board upgrades
- Power and lighting repairs
- Full and partial rewires
- Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
- Fire alarm interface works
- Socket and lighting circuit repairs
- Ring final circuit testing
- Radial circuit testing
- RCBO, MCB, and RCD replacement
- Three-phase fault finding
- Distribution board maintenance
- Electrical remedial works
- Landlord electrical safety inspections
- Small installation projects
- LED lighting upgrades
- External lighting
- Security lighting
- Containment systems including conduit, tray, and trunking
- Isolation procedures
- Cable installation and termination
- General electrical compliance works
- Delivering outstanding customer service on every job

What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced Electrician who enjoys fault finding, testing, and solving problems while taking pride in producing high-quality work.
Essential Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or City and Guilds 236 Part 1 and 2
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- JIB Gold Card holder
Desirable
- City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing
- AM2
- Experience working in occupied buildings
- Excellent customer-facing skills
