The Role

As The Electrician, You'll

  • Diagnose electrical faults and complete reactive repairs and installations.
  • Deliver planned electrical maintenance and testing in line with SFG20 requirements.
  • Carry out generator load testing and support training for other engineers.
  • Repair electrical fixtures and fittings and complete required NICEIC certification.
  • Complete Minor Works and Installation Certificates following electrical alterations and installations.
  • Produce technical reports, engineer worksheets and recommendations for additional works.
  • Support wider mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance where required.

About You

To Be Successful As The Electrician, You'll Have

  • City & Guilds 2360 and 2330 Electrical Installation/Maintenance qualifications or equivalent.
  • Current 18th Edition electrical qualification.
  • Planned maintenance competence in line with SFG20 requirements.
  • Emergency Lighting Fundamentals Units 1 and 2.
  • Experience carrying out generator load testing.
  • IPAF And PASMA Qualifications.
  • Fabric maintenance experience or L8 awareness would be advantageous.
