Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a Monday-to-Friday role in South East London? We’re recruiting an Electrician to join an established Facilities Management team on a static site in Greenwich.

The Role

As The Electrician, You Will

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • Complete emergency lighting and fire alarm checks.
  • Undertake FCU, AHU and sprinkler checks as required.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance and electrical faults.
  • Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and electrical repairs.
  • Ensure work is completed safely and in line with site requirements.

About You

To Be Successful As The Electrician, You’ll Have

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation – essential.
  • 18th Edition – essential.
  • Previous electrical maintenance experience.
  • Experience within Facilities Management, building maintenance or commercial environments.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work.
