Rudd Electrical Services is a fully qualified electrical contractor based in King’s Lynn, serving customers across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. The company specializes in domestic and commercial electrical installations, consumer unit upgrades, EV charger installations, fault finding, testing, and certification. Work is carried out to high safety and compliance standards, with a strong emphasis on reliability and quality. Team members are expected to support clear communication with clients and uphold honest, transparent pricing from project start to completion.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role located in King’s Lynn. The Electrician will perform domestic and commercial electrical installations, including wiring, consumer unit upgrades, and EV charger setups. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The Electrician will contribute to delivering projects on time and to a high standard, supporting the company’s reputation for safety, quality, and reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in electricity and electrical engineering principles, with the ability to apply them safely and accurately in practical settings.
- Proficient in electrical work, including installations, wiring, and system upgrades in domestic and commercial environments.
- Experience in maintenance & repair of electrical systems, with a focus on preventive maintenance and long-term reliability.
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical faults, diagnosing issues efficiently, and implementing effective, compliant solutions.
- Recognized electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), current industry certifications, and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation, with strong attention to detail and safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently on-site.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Norfolk and Cambridgeshire as required.
